6371 II. Charles Perkins Hoyt, b. in Walton, N. Y., 1 Dec. 1842; a dealer in dry goods; married in Philadelphia, Penn., 9 May 1867, Harriet Elizabeth Turland, of Philadelphia, born 13 Jan. 1846, dau. of Ephraim Turland. He lived at 1614 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, in 1874. 14363
6372 III. Sherman Hoyt, b. in Walton, N. Y., 26 July 1844; enlisted there, 22 Aug. 1862, in Co. B, 144th Reg., N. Y. S. Volunteers; died in Columbia Hospital, Washington, D. C., of typhoid fever, 3 Dec. 1862; and was buried in Walton.
6373 IV. Augusta Hoyt, b. in Walton, N. Y., 4 Dec. 1846; married there, 30 Oct. 1872, by Rev. S. J. White, Congregational, to Henry Eagle Ogden, a physician, born in Walton, 22 March 1837, son of Thomas Jefferson and Eliza (Eagle) Ogden. They were living at Walton in May 1877.
