Greenlawn Cemetery in Afton, Union County, Iowa for the first time. Left is the

niece. The postcard was written to her mother,
"Mrs. Emma McKee". Although the date
on the postmark is unclear, I am guessing that this

helmet as a flower pot hanging in her basement. I was
finally able to talk her out of it, now it hangs on the wall
in my den. |

for storage and as a sitting bench at the end of our
bed. |
